Wiltshire Association of Local Councils (WALC) hosted a virtual webinar for local town and parish councils on the subject of planning and affordable housing. Local County Officer Ian Nockolds was kindly joined by Community First Rural Housing Enablers Trevor Cherrett and Steve Vaux to offer insight into the planning process and how communities can get involved in providing affordable homes.
